Playground World is a 3 hour access pass and Baby World pass provides 4 hours of access.

Yes, socks are required for both adults and children entering our playground areas. If you forget your socks, they can be purchased from the front desk.

Our staff are here to look after the venue and provide support to you should the need arise. The team will regularly move through the playground for safety and hygiene reasons, however we are not here to look after your children for you. This is a common misunderstanding in our industry but please remember, your children, and the actions of your children are your responsibility so you must be prepared to own that.

They are a bit faster than what you normally see but they are perfectly safe for adults and kids to use. As always, we recommend the following safety cues:

- Fold your arms across your chest when you go down to ensure your elbows don't bop the sides

- Lean back slightly to ensure a smooth slide down

Absolutely! We encourage you to! You don't realise just how big and how amazing it is until you get in amongst it yourself, and it doesn't cost you a thing. Adults are free, you just need to remember to take off your shoes.
