Do Funtopian Gift Cards have an expiry date?
They sure do! Funtopian Gift Cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
Do I have to use the full amount in a single transaction?
Not at all! You can use the credit across multiple bookings, and you can even use your Gift Card in-venue at our cafe!
How do I redeem a Gift Card?
You can redeem your Gift Card online or in the venue. When you make a booking online, instead of choosing to pay using your card, you can select "Redeem Gift Card" and you will need to pop your gift card number into this field and it will deduct the amount from your remaining balance.
How do I redeem multiple gift cards for the same booking?
You'll need our help for this one. Our system only allows customers to redeem one code per transaction, however if you give us a call on 08 8164 5118 when you have all the Gift Card numbers in hand, we can redeem multiple on our end for you quite easily.
Can I use Funtopia Gift Cards at all Funtopia locations across Australia?
Unfortunately, no. Gift Cards can only be redeemed in the venue it was purchased from.
